Like a well oiled machine. I never wait more than 10 minutes in the waiting room. I feel cared for by staff. Everyone is so sweet, welcoming and everyone smiles. Sufficient time is spent answering all questions and I always feel like the exam is thorough with state of the art equipment. My Dr of the last 14 years is retiring and he has left me in the care of what I trust will no doubt be another great Physician

Dr Downer is a wonderful Doctor always pleasant and the staff couldnt be nicer. Also get seen within a few minutes. Couldnt be happier and I have sent friends there also with nice things to say
