After recent care provided by Dr Donovan and his staff, I would give give a 10 star rating if I could. The practice is well managed, wait times are short and you will receive quality eye care from compassionate people.

My eye doctor referred me to this practice to check on my eye issue. This practice did a great job in reviewing my charts, asking me questions and listening to me, and giving me sound advice to help me make a sensible and sound decision. I would go to this practice again if needed.
Friendly staff..got a same day appointment with very little wait time..Dr's always answer all my questions

I will be honest. After reading the other reviews I considered cancelling my appt. I must say that EVERYONE I interacted with was polite, professional, and friendly! Shannon was super nice! Don't let the negative reviews scare you. Great place!!!

This place is AWESOME!! From the moment I called to make an appointment for both my son and I, took his time to find a day and time that fits around my schedule. I visited the Mandarin office, and everybody there was very helpful. Dr. Frick didn't rush me out the door, answered all my questions, and very informative. Jessa was very helpful getting they right type of glasses for both my son and I. My insurance didn't want to pay for my son's special prescription, so Dr. Frisk and Jessa got together to find a way to get around that, and was able to. Thank you all for the professionalism!
