I had to cancel an upcoming appointment due to a scheduling conflict; but I left a description of what I was experiencing. They saw me that day. The doctor and his staff were respectful, patient, sensitive, informative and reassuring. They understood my concerns and took the time to answer my questions. I appreciated that more than anything else.
