Office is ran very efficiently, and well organized. Was seen and exam began with in 5 minutes of appointment time. Staff friendly and knowledgeable of there area.

Had cataract surgery and a lense put in and was an amazing experience! Dr Downer did the surgery and his staff was professional, friendly, and he and his staff are all very competent! I have never in my life seen this clear! Cant wait to have the second eye done!!! Excited to be able to see with such clarity and no glasses! I would highly recommend Clay Eye and Dr. Downer! Operation was so easy and the competency of the staff and Dr Downer was very comforting!
