Ive been going to clay eye for more than 10 years now. Dr. Hayes is GREAT! He treated my wife for several years before her passing. She had a problem that required surgery to one of her eyes. After the surgery he met us at the O.P. office on a Sunday because he felt she needed attention that day! I just dont imagine EVER going to another doctor to take care of my vision. Kudos to you Dr. Hayes and Clay Eye!

Excellent! Dr Levine is very professional, has a great personality, he is very knowledgeable, and has a sense of humor. The office is very clean and comfortable. From the receptionists, to the assistants to the other staff members, all professional, courteous and cares about the patient. I am so thankful and grateful for Clay Eye in Orange Park.

I enjoy going to have my eyes examine. The staff is very professional and Dr. Fick is great.
