Very caring professional safe (COVID) Being caring staff . An asset to us by providing sight to people that might not be able to life a better life
Dr. Downer did two corneal transplants and did an excellent job. I was losing my sight and he gave me the miracle of restored sight. I see him every 3 months and he makes sure my corneas are in good shape. I appreciate him and all the staff at Clay Eye.
