Appt. was on time! Tests were quick and efficient! Dr. Downer made diagnoses and a plan! Laser surgery with place and time were set and I was on my way within the hour!Literally the definition of efficiency!

Friendly and professional in all areas of the experience. There is a small policy suggestion in regard to th prescription eye glass section tol provide for a code be to reach the personalized tech in order to expedite a closer patient provider relationship

Went for eye exam and new prescription for glasses. Was greeted kindly for check in by NINA with a pleasant greeting smile. Then was called back shortly by LANDEN who was sooo sweet, relaxed (and funny lol). He kept me comfortable and laughing. After that, was seen by DR SUSAN FRICK who has was very personable, smart and explained every aspect of the exam with ease. I also want to try contacts which she thoroughly explained and ensured I had ALL questions answered. Her assistant ASHLEY was also very nice and ensured I had proper documentation to take to the VA. SUPERB customer service with 10s across the board! HIGHLY recommend this practice!

Dr. Islam is a great ophthalmologist! The office makes you feel at ease once you enter their building. Its worth more than 5 stars but Im limited by Google to only 5 stars!
