Overall we are pleased with Dr. Jones expertise and care for my mothers eye health. She has several factors affecting her vision, and Dr. Jones was committed to meeting her needs with dignity. However, we did have a negative experience with a male staff member and had to file an official complaint because he was rude, impatient, lacked compassion and understanding, and had a bedside manner which did not support my mothers wellbeing regardless of his knowledge or training. Nonetheless we want to applaud Deseree, Patti, Krystal, and Angel for their friendliness, for accommodating my mother and her needs, for showing us both respect, and for their patience. The ladies have a great manner which would benefit any patient, and we appreciate them all! Overall we recommend Clay Eye in Riverside.

This practice has amazing staff. Great experience from the moment you check in to the check out. Rebecca at the optical shop is amazing. She is always helpful and offers sound advice, so I dont second guess my choice of frames or lense type.
