We were referred to Clay eye after my husband had a stroke. We first saw Dr.Downer, then Dr. Levine.At both visits the wait was minimal . We first had technician Brian who did the necessary tests before being led into another waiting room to wait for the doctor. Everyone was pleasant & professional. I would recommend this office @ Mandarin & the doctors.
