Dr. Downer performed operations on my eyes to rid them of cataracts then, due fading eyesight he carried out laser treatment in both eyes over a four day period which resulted in me having 20/20 vision. I highly recommend Dr. Downer both for his enormous skills but also for his manner.

I was very anxious about the procedure Dr Downer and the staff explained the steps to me and accommodated my every need and made me feel at ease and treated me with the utmost respect and consideration. It was just the way they said it would be. I was very relieved and came out of the operating room with a smile on my face.
