This has been the best place since Ive started coming here! The customer service is excellent, from front desk staff to the primary care eye doctor. I was able to get an appointment for both myself and my daughter on a Saturday. The staff took us both back at the same time and work with us both, (Thank You - Ariona Breland Cierra Kowal!) They were pleasant, ensured we were okay during the entire examination, and explained everything as we went along. Next 5 stars goes to, Dr. Jericho Sayoc. He came in the room with a huge smile, welcoming and ready to get to the eyes! He was professional, yet, had a laid back appeal that kind of draws you in. He was just cool! He went through the exams with ease, gave detailed information about the eyes and even commented on how good my insurance is and to use those benefits before years end! (Im on it Dr. Sayco!) The front desk staff, checking in and checking out was a breeze! They ensured our information was up-to-date and required forms were signed and in our files. We were in and out before the estimated time for my daughters appointment, which was only 1 hours for the both of us! Impressive! I only write extended reviews when I am truly impressed with the services from beginning to end. Im telling yall, Clay Eye, Fleming Island is exceptional and I would recommend them all ten fingers down! Thank you all for great service!

I have been going to Clay Eye for 5 years now, following a major eye surgery. In those years and many interactions, I have nothing but praise for this care group. Both Dr Downer and Dr Levine came highly recommended, and their expertise was immediately evident. Dr. Islam has been my caregiver for my last few visits and Im pretty certain she is my favorite Dr ever (not counting Dr Who or Dr Pepper). She is kind, knowledgeable and a true professional. I look forward to my visits and have provided recommendations to Clay Eye to both friends and family. 6 stars if that were possible. (10 for Dr Islam)

Clay eye and Fr Bullock a great experience. On time which is a real plus. All the staff is friendly.

I wish that every medical office would be as professional, welcoming, and respectful as your office is from the ladies at the front desk to the technician who performs all the intake work to the outstanding doctor it is all absolutely outstanding.
