Went into office today to have work done to my glasses that another company (Island eyecare) gave me the run-around with. Ive had my eye examinations conducted by them for the last 2 years. I needed lens switched from one pair of frames to another. I approached Representative Genesis and she made it seem as i had been having my eye examinations there for the last ten years. Within 10 minutes, she completed the switching, cleaned my glasses, and wished me a great day. Im a customer now because of her. Thanks.
