I have been a patient at Clay Eye Vision for quite a number of years and have always been very pleased with the care I have received. After having an appointment with Dr. Javier in December, 2024, she referred me to Dr. Downer to determine if cataracts were hindering my eyesight. On January 15, 2025, I had an appointment with Dr. Downer to determine if I was a candidate for cataract surgery. After numerous tests, I met with Dr. Downer. He was so professional and certainly put me at ease. He reviewed all of the tests, examined my eyes and determined that I definitely was a candidate for cataract surgery. He discussed the types of lenses that I could choose from and did not influence me in any way, just gave me the facts. Dr. Downer sent me to the area where the appointments for the first surgery for the right eye were discussed as well as the post op appointments. The second surgery for the right eye was set up but post op appointments will be set up later. Each part of the paperwork was discussed and signed by me.The process for cataract surgery at Clay Eye Vision was so very smooth and easy to follow. My husband also had cataract surgery a number of years ago and was so pleased as well. If you need to have any eye care, Clay Eye Vision should be the place you choose!

The employees and providers are AWESOME. They help with my really dry eye problems. They will get you in as soon as possible when you call with urgent eye problems. Keep up the amazing job!
