JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA, August 25, 2015-Clay Eye Physicians & Surgeons recently welcomed a tenth physician to their practice. David W. Hayes, D.O., joined Clay Eye after completing his Glaucoma Fellowship at West Virginia University. Dr. Hayes was a Lieutenant Commander in the Navy, and recently relocated to Jacksonville to begin his tenure with Clay Eye.
